Wema Peninah Njuguna is a certified life transformation coach, corporate trainer, and keynote speaker. She is the founder and lead trainer at LEAP Training & Consulting International.  She holds an MBA in Leadership (Business & Entrepreneurship) and a Degree in Education.

She has been in consultancy for the last six years, assisting organisations in Leadership Development, Performance Management, Organisational Excellence, Sales, Customer Service and Strategy. 

She is an expert in Leadership, Customer Engagement, Project Management, Business Development, Mentoring and Coaching. Her experience comes from Safaricom PLC, where she worked for over 14 years and has run successful businesses for over a decade. 

She is passionate about empowering women suffering from brokenness to embark on their journey of self-discovery, healing, and restoration. She guides them towards a life where they can unapologetically step into purpose, leadership, and wholehearted living.
