Hello! I am Shekinah Wema and I was exactly where you are right now. Before I became a coach and trainer, I worked in a top telecommunication company and was a high achiever.

Despite being a high achiever, I felt that there is more to life. I loved inspiring people and leading from the soul and I felt like I would do more by impacting more people and I chose to resign my job. I didn’t like it not having freedom of time for myself, my family or to do the things I loved doing.

So, I launched out to become a trainer. I got myself a Coach who gave me insights of the greatness in me that I needed to tap, activate and lead the world unapologetically. The Coach saw what I had not seen. I have explored the area of Leadership and the transformation that I got myself, lifted a lot of pain I had endured not knowing that I could be able to clarify my Purpose and lead from the soul which creates so much meaning in my life. I started the journey to find my authentic me and through this journey I have come up with a framework that works to help you dig deep within, awaken and activate the dormant leadership potential and lead authentically and boldly.

I use my expertise as your Coach to help you with tools that can empower you to play all your life roles with wholeness mindset to avoid burnout, overwhelm, frustration, surviving instead of thriving, postponing your joy for another task, neglecting self for others.
